I'm trying to add a 1.44 M floppy to my NEC Powermate-2 286 machine.. according
to NEC, I have to get the MS-DOS 3.3 upgrade along with the BIOS upgrade.. Has
anyone outthere successfully added a 3.5" floppy to a NEC PM-2? I'd appreciate
any advice or suggestions... also, any suggestions on memory cards to upgrade
from 640K

I did need the later BIOS. I couldn't even get NEC's DOS 3.3 to load with the BIOS that came with the earlier machines.
