[net.travel] Where to stay in Montreal

I might go to a conference in Montreal this August, but I'll be getting no
support.  Can anyone recommend inexpensive lodging for me and my family
(wife and one VERY young child).  I am looking for a place with some nice
French or French-Canadian atmosphere.

We will want our own bathroom.  Meals included would be OK (see atmosphere
statement).
