I used it before in my lab. It is better than a switch box for printer when you have two or three PC and want to share a printer. It also make file transfer easier between PC. The network is for PCs in one room only. Even though you can use it to accesss other pc's disk driver but it is a pain to load a application program since it has to load program through a serial port. It also reduces the server speed greatly through all these interupt call. (Remeber dos is not for multi-user.) worest case when server itself is running in loop or some sort the other pc with get disk not ready error after freezing few seconds. In conclusion $25 Network is well designed for poor man as a cheaper and easier replacement for switch box. Sincerely Bi Chen

The $25 Network is from Information Modes P.O. Drawer F. Denton, TX 76202 They also sell other things, such as the Little Big LAN, disassembly listings of DOS and BIOS, and programmer tools.
