[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] HELP With EGA Wonder Card Manual/Sftware

Please help me!   I purchased a '286 a while back and it came with
an EGA Wonder Card (version 1.04).   Also, I received the manual, and
a software package that could configure the board according to monitor
type, video emulation, etc.

 The bad news is that after I upgraded to VGA, I removed the software 
from my hard disk (only copy!), and cannot find the manual.

 Could some kind sole please send me:
    a) Information on where I can get another copy :-(
    b) A copy of the software, and a Xerox of the important manual 
       pages   :-)
