My college roomie has suggested that we treat ourselves to a week at a Club Med later this year. Since we have all the qualifications that the brochure implies (young, healthy, horny, and overpaid), I tend to think he may be right. However, before I decimate my life savings (again), I'd like to hear opinions from folk who've been there. Is the atmosphere one of carefree, prodigal youth, or is it just another resort complete with Wayne Newton-type lounge performers? Will two mid-20's former Animal House-fraternity boys feel at home, or will we be surrounded by bloated, cigar-smoking middle-management executives going through their second divorces? In short, which location did you choose, what did you do there, what (if any) kind of sentient beings did you meet, and should I drop $nK to do the same?
