I am having a problem with a Seagate ST-251. I recall several months ago seeing a tech bulletin. In the bulletin Seagate admitted to having problems with the damping mechanism on the drives. I think they were having viscosity problems with the damping oil which caused problems with head movement. Does anybody recall this bulletin ot know what drives and serial numbers were affected? Thanks
