I like the ability to soft-switch the speed on my pc (286-12 with AMI bios with setup-diagnostics), but to get any speed switching software to work, I have to set my turbo switch to low. Is there any way, under these conditions to get the board to default to high speed, and let me switch it to low? Please email any responses.
