I don't think I would buy one. American made 386sx motherboards sell
for under $400.  Since the ISA (AT) bus is supposed to run at 8mhz, 
although some manfacturers run it faster, an accelerator would mostly
buy you the 386 instruction set.  Going to  a new motherboard would still
limit you to 8mhz on the bus, but your memory access would be at full clock
speed.

It just doesn't seem worth it to spend the price of these boards.
You would be better off selling the old m/b for $100 if you can get it
and buying a new m/b.
