I'm going to be goin to Europe in the Spring, and would like some info on the best time to go. I'm mainly going to visit my brother stationed in Germany, and to get some skiing in. Does anyone know if there is a particular time frame when the weather is especially lousy (which I would like to avoid). Any info you can pass on will be greatly appreciated.
