[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] Logical Drives and Recovery...

I have a question for anyone who has ever done a logical drive
(subst <d:> <D:\subdir>)

Whenever I delete a file and attempt to use Norton Utilities 5.0
QuickUnErase (QU) on this type of drive, it informs me that it can't run
on drives created with subst. Can I just move to the directory involved
in the subst and do a QU there?

Yes, that works quite good.
