I am trying to connect an IBM CGA board to a TV set instead of a color monitor. What I have done is connect the rca composite video jack on the back of the board to the video in jack on my vcr, then use the RF modulator in the vcr to connect to the TV (I am using the vcr to test out the theory, if it works I will buy an RF modulator from Radio Shack). This works if the board is in CO40 mode (good color, poor resolution), but in CO80 mode I lose all the color. I would really like to get this working, as the system is for my son, who has space in his room for either a TV or a monitor, and you can guess which one he chose. Any information would be helpful. Thanks!
