I can get hold of the chip required to expand the buffer capacity of the Panasonic KX-P1180 printer but I can't open the thing up. I thought it would be like the KX-P1124 where the front is supposed to pop off but I can't get the front off for the life of me. All I've managed to do is mar the finish. Can anyone explain simply what or where you have to push or unscrew to get access to the circuit board so I can pop this chip in.
