My brother is in Singapore now and he wants to buy a PC clone there
when he moves back to US. Apparently PC clones are cheaper there
because Singapore is closer to the clone manufacturers. He is looking
for recommendations on what clone brand will constitute a best buy.
His yardsticks are a credible brand name (in terms of reliability),
price, also-included attachments (such as hard-disk, floppy, CD, tape
drives, monitor, keyboard) and dual-voltage power supply.
Any help from the informed netters would be appreciated. As always,
if I receive more than 10 recommendations, I will post a summary to
the net.
