I hope I'm not mis-posting, but this is the only computer-hardware-related group I could find. Does a hardware design newsgroup exist? My specific interest lies in finding an SSI (Small Scale Integration, i.e. gates, latches and the like) chip which performs a particular function (I've had no luck so far with databooks and vendors).
