The company I work for has just purchased an XT clone for some process control work. This motherboard has 1024k installed on it (as 4 banks of 2 44256's). I'm not really familiar with extended memory usage. Do I need a driver to access this extra memory, or is it automatically considered extended? The only drivers I see on SIMTEL seem to be for Expanded Memory, and are 286-specific. I'm interested in getting 4dos to swap out to the high memory, and also setting up a small RAMdisk. Any help you folk may offer will be appreciated! (if you post, please cc: me in e-mail, so I'll be sure to see it... thanks!) -- Roy M.
