[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] CD for IBM

I would like the names of the best and worse CD's for use with
a Dell 386.  I would also like the common features to look for
in a CD.....the purchase will be made for the university in
the next few weeks.  Any help will be greatly appreciated
