I posted this once before but got no replies so I shall try again: The machine: SKAI-286, 12MHz, NEAT chip set, Award BIOS, 640K RAM, 1.2MbFDD, 360Kb FDD, 21Mb MFM HDD The problem: When trying to print a largish (9 cols x 60 rows) table from WordPerfect 5.1 we usually get the following message and the machine locks up: RAM PARITY ERROR.CHECKING FOR SEGMENT ADDRESS.. OFFENDING SEGMENT:8000 Various chip testing software we have tried ALL report the RAM chips to be OK. Can anyone shed any light on this problem PLEASE.
