I am preparing to purchase a new 386 machine, and would like advice on VGA/SVGA cards and monitors. At present I am planning on using the Paradise VGA Plus/16 board and the Panasonic C1381 monitor. Has anyone used these together? Does this combo work in 800 by 600 by 16-color mode? DOES IT FILCKER??? I cannot use the 800 by 600 by 16-color mode of my machine at work because it flickers too much - 640 by 480 by 16-color mode is OK (both using Windows 3.0). I have been told that this combo will work in 800 by 600 by 16-color mode non-interlaced; is this true? If so, it sounds like it should not flicker.
