[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] Monitor needed

I need to know whether there exists a monitor that is able
to present a stimuli for 1millisecond.
The goal is to be able to present a series of grayscale images (300*300 pixels)
for a very shot duration (1ms).  If such equipment (or combination of
equipment) exist that can perform this task - your help would
be appreciated.
