Can I have both an IDE-harddrive AND a MFM or RLL -drive in my AT?

No. The computer see your IDE-drive as an ST-506 connection, that is
what you called a MFM or RLL. MFM and RLL are used also in IDE-drives,
they are data storing standards. ST-412, ST-506 and IDE are connector
standards.
