I am looking for a program that will list the IRQ's and Base Addresses that are used in a system. I have a program called SYSID5 that may meet your needs. When given to me it was represented as free software, and running it doesn't show any copyright notice. It displays 17 screens of information about the machine. I don't know where you might find a copy.
