I'm going to be running Windows 3.0 using Ami Professionally and the new version of Turbo Pascal. I currently have an STB 8 bit, super VGA card and a Seiko display. The card handles 800x600 and 1024x768-interlaced. The display is <wonderful> but it only supports standard VGA or 1024x768-interlaced -- no 800x600. I'd like to start positioning myself for a Windows world, and am looking for suggestions on upgrading this system. I can't afford to upgrade the monitor right now, but it seems that buying a new video card that's faster and supports both interlaced and non-interlaced 1024x768 might be a good first step. Any suggestions? -- John R. Ackermann, Jr. Law Department, NCR Corporation, Dayton, Ohio (513) 445-2966 John.Ackermann@daytonoh.ncr.com Packet Radio: ag9v@n8acv tcp/ip: ag9v@ag9v.ampr [44.70.12.34]
