I'm going to be getting a new monitor very soon, and from what I've read, it looks like the Seiko monitors might be a good choice. I'm not sure I need the extra power of the 1450, as I probably won't be using anything above 800x600 non-interlaced on a 14" monitor, but I do need a very sharp monitor (my eyes get very sensitive after using a computer for a long time). Before looking myself, I wanted to ask those of you who have looked at the 1440 and 1450 (especially if you've used them for a while) how they compare at 800x600? Are they equally sharp, or is the 1450 better at this resolution? Also, does anyone know if the 1440 has any trouble with SVGA cards that refresh around 70hz? Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
