Has anyone else had any experience with Maxtor for warranty repair/
replacement? I sent a drive in FOUR weeks ago, and have heard nary
a peep from them. I have called numerous times over the past week or so,
and have never gotten a reply. This is *extremely* annoying to not get
a reply from a place of business.
How long does it usually take to get a drive back from Maxtor?
Four weeks seems extremely excessive ...
