[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] query: pin layout PHILIPS monochrome monitor

When moving to my new home I lost my monitor cable (Hercules card/monochrome).
The monitor is a PHILIPS BM7513/00I and has a 6 pin DIN connector, does any one
know the layout of the pins for this connector or at least which pin is the 
ground pin.

The pins look like this
