[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] IBM-PC Clone Power Supply question

dittman@skbat.csc.ti.com (Eric Dittman) (04/02/91)

I have an IBM-PC clone case and power supply that I am going to use with
two hard drives, but no specs on the pin-out of the motherboard power
connector and what is needed as a dummy load. Can anyone out there supply
me with the information I need?

Thanks

Usually you don't need any dummy load if you have at least one drive,
a totaly free power supply has 0 output.
The pinout, howerver, is:
Power Good
+5V (AT:s only) or NC (on PC:s)
+12V
-12V
