My fiancee' and I are planning to honeymoon in New England in October. We hope to start in Boston and travel to Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, staying in country inns along the way. If anyone has suggestions about where to go and what to see, the information would be greatly appreciated. I would especially like recomendations on country inns and/or interesting places to stay. I won't say that price is no object, but almost anything will be considered. We plan to spend two weeks driving and bicycling, when we can. This will be my first real experience with seasons as I grew up in places that were either too dry, too warm or to cold (evergreens only) to have a summer/fall transition.
