I'm in the market for a Laptop/Portable computer. The minimum requirements are: 386 processor At least 80MB Hard disk At least one 16-bit AT size slot (I need this for a tape adaptor board) At least 4MB RAM on motherboard If you have such beast (or knowledge of), please send me mail with brand and model information and any comments you may have. You didn't say whether a 386SX would be acceptable. I've been keeping an eye out for similar systems. I've noticed ads or announcements of the following. CMO 386SX/16 is a laptop with one 16-bit half-length slot. Dataworld Portacomp III is a lunchbox style portable, 386/25 with two full length slots.
