I don't know if this is the right place, but a friend of mine has an IBM AT (6Mhz) and the BIOS does not support 1.44 Meg drives. His WD controller is 1.44 Mb capable. Does any body know how to get the drive running without getting a BIOS upgrade? ( it is almost cheaper to buy a clone 286 board) Please e-mail responses to the above address. Thank you in advance.
