[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] Help identifying SIMMS

blancha@seq.uncwil.edu (Chris Blanchard) (04/23/91)

I have a slight problem. It seems that I have inherited some ?x9 SIMMS
of which I know nothing about. If anyone out there can tell me what they are
I would greatly appreciate it. The number on them are as follows:
   OKI
       M41256A
       962203102
   MITSUBISHI
       M5M4256AJ
       934254
             -12
Thanks in advance!

This looks like a 256x9 module.

This looks like a 256x9 120ns module.
