[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] Bocaram AT switch settings help request

Just picked up an older Bocaram At memory card with daughter
board.  No docs. 

Can someone help me out with the possible switch/jumper settings.
There are two jumpers and two set of dip switches.
