Has anyone out there have their Diamond SpeedStar running in a system with
the bus speed > 8mhz? I get no video output at all when I change the bus speed.
My old no-name VGA runs fine up to 16mhz. I can't believe that such a fine
board can only run at 8mhz.
While were at it. The manual says some of the DIP switches are for Turbo Mode
or something but doesn't explain what this is (maybe it was alternate mode
access). Does anyone have a clue?
