[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] What's wrong with a MIME2a terminal--Error code 3-A when power up

Does any one out there know what's wrong with an error code 3-A at power
up? The terminal is a Micro-term Mime2a used on a Vax. Thanks in advance.
