A friend has a Seagate ST-1126N SCSI hard drive for which CORETEST gives a mean access time of 22.5ms and a data transfer rate of about 480kbytes/s. According to the specifications the access time should be 15ms. A Seagate ST-02 SCSI host adaptor is used. Are these figures reasonable or could there be something wrong here.
