Hi guys, I was hoping somebody out there could help me with a little problem I was having. I have a Sony 1304 HG monitor and an ATI Wonder+ w/ 512k ram and can't get the two to work properly together. My problem is that when I use windows and go into the 1024x768 mode, it uses interlaced instead of non-interlaced (which the monitor CAN support). All of you that have an ATI card know about the 'vsetup' program, right? Well, my version doesn't have an entry for the 1304 HG. A friend has a version that has a 'Sony 1304' entry, but he has the same problem. I guess the 'HG' makes a difference (non-interlaced ability at higher res.?). Anyway, this is being used on a Gateway 2000 machine and I figured some of you out there might have the same configuration. I did make some progress on my own -- I picked the 'NEC XL/Plus/4D/5D' option and it worked, but random garbage appeared every time windows did a redraw of some sort. I've checked specs and know they are compatible, but I can't figure out how to tell the video card what abilities my monitor has. I've even gone so far as looking at the program for strings and did find a '60HZ MULTISYNC' entry (or I think it is). I also found the 'sony 1304' entry that DOESN'T show up when I run the program, so I would think it is possible, somehow. If anyone has been able to get these two to work to their full potential, please please please tell me how you did it. Sending e-mail would be the best, but I read this group regularly. Thanks for any help you might give me. Bryan Stansell
