I recently ordered a 386-40 with 8 meg RAM, and the sales person said that a 200w power supply would be largely inadequate because of the clock speed. Does any one have enough hardware knowledge to know if this will really be a problem? I will also have in the system a Seagate 1144a 130 meg drive, a modem, graphics card and i/o card, but the system will never be used as a network server or anything. I also had been using a 386-33 with a 200w ps previously with no problems. It seemed funny that 7mhz would make that much of a difference, but then again I am not an electrical person. Thanks, Lee
