Hi everyone, I've been working on a couple of projects recently that involved the use of various serial chips. I personally have very little understanding on the various types and their capabilities. Can anyone be kind enough to provide some information or point me to a referance book I can purchase (magazine?). UART ----- 8250A ----- 8250B ----- 8250C ----- 8450 ----- 16450 ----- 16452 ----- 16550 ----- others ??? If anyone has information about anyof these or those I have not mentioned.
