[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] Can Dos 3.2 set up Partitions on 2 drives

mcfarlan@author.ecn.purdue.edu (McFarlan) (05/23/91)

Help me. I need to know if it's possible to have 2 hard drives (in my
case a 20 ad 40 meg MFM) in a system, each with are partition in it?

I've tried with my setup, but can't get past having only a C: and D: .
My D: drive (40 meg) can be that large due to Dos 3.2, and if I make it
20 meg partition from fdisk, I loose the other 20 Meg (I can't access).
If I try to make one 40 meg, then cant' format it.

Susan mailed me a message and I think she was telling me this, by
saying I can only have one partition and need a disk manager or go
to Dos 3.3 . I thought she was saying one partition per drive
but maybe its one partition.

Does anyone know how to get me around this problem easily?
