[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] 586???

I've heard rumours that a 586 chip is out.  The machine isn't, just the
chip.  Any confirmations?

I'm in South Africa, and we hear about the last developments about
six months after the rest of the world, so I am a bit sceptical.
