[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] dip switch settings on a time spectrum card

I bought an 2nd hand IBM PC about a year ago and it came with a PERSYST time
spectrum 384 multi/io ram card but unfortunately no docs. Does
anyone have a list of dip switch settings for this card?
