One very nice island to go to is St. Maarten. My Fiance' and we are going there for our honeymoon in a few weeks, and we were told it's beautiful. We did alot of studying on the subject, and we decided that St. Maarten sounds the best out of all the other island. Plus, my cousin who just got married last month, has a condominium down there, and so does his father, and they both recommend St. Maarten for a honeymoon. The hotel we're going to is called Great Bay Beach Hotel. It has all sorts of watersports, a beach, it's close to town, it has a casino, and we've been told that it's very clean. My Cousins said that it would be a great place to relax, but 90 degree weather is very common. Their advice was, "Don't bring too many clothes! You'll always wear shorts." And, besides all of the other wonderful things we've heard about the place, the price is what really got us! It's very inexpensive from New York to St. Maarten. As for Virginia, I couldn't say. But call a local travel agent, and I'm sure they'll have pricing for you.
