I am running an AT&T 6310. I am trying to add a second hard disk but the configuration always seems to be screwed up. I have them jumpered correctly, the cables are good and yet when I try to reconfig it will not let me. I am tring to use a cable with no twist. Has anybody tried this on an AT&T? Does anybody have any suggestions? If nothing else I could twist the cable if I new which ones to twist.
