[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] DFI DIO-500 serial/parallel card settings needed

I just found a stack of DFI  DIO-500 serail/parallel cards for the AT
in one of our store rooms. Unfortunately I cannot find any docs (as usual).

Its a short card that supports 2 serial, 1 parallel, and a game interface.
It has two blocks of jumpers at the top and two sets of dim switches at the
bottom.

Can any one send me the switch/jumper settings.
