[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] EMS card in a 386 ???

Howdy all,
I'm typing on a clone 386 box with 4 Megs of (80ns) memory on the
motherboard. Nearby I have an old 8-bit EMS card from an XT-clone with
1.5Megs of 120ns chips (actually it's still in the other machine) (also
actually, it's an EEMS card, the kind that Desqview can make use of).
My question is: can I transfer this card to my 386 box and get another
Meg of expanded memory? If I put it in, will QEMM manage it for
me directly, or will I need the EEMS driver that came with the card and
was installed in the XT clone?

Yeah, it's slow memory, but it'd be better than disk accesses...

thanks for any information,
