I am in need of a gif/tiff type program to display these images and manipulate them in Borland's Turbo C 2.0. I have tons of GIF files, and I am writing a display manager to output gifs in a box on a certain area of the screen with some text displaying below them. I have looked at the xgif program for xwindows, but I am having difficulty understanding how to translate that code into a Turbo C equivalent. Do any of you ibm.pc.programmers have such source code, or know where I can get it? I have been on CompuServe using the IBM file finder with no luck. Tons of GIF/TIFF/Bitmap displayers, but all in executable format. I need the source to integrate it into my program. I would guess SIMTEL probably has it, but where?? Any hints would be EXTREMELY helpful! Thanks for the time, I really appreciate it!
