I've been developing a large application which until recently was a stand alone product. There now exists a requirement to integrate this application into a networked system. Originally I thought I may be able to simply map onto a server drive and redirect my file accesses to that drive, but it seems I use some turbo functions that don't work over the LAN. This DG StarLAN system is to be used for random access record reads & writes. I know DiskSize doesn't work, and I assume there is a list of other standard DOS level functions that don't work, but without having the MSDOS Technical Ref Manual I don't know which. Could someone provide a quick list of which functions I should stay away from, or be careful with ? (p.s. the current application seems to 'hang' at location $E466:0777, if that means anything to anyone ...) -- +-----------------------------------+ | Wayde V.
