[comp.os.msdos.programmer] xmodem sources wanted

Hi,
	I'm looking for sources for a simple xmodem file transfer program.
Just the bare minimum is needed.  Also, any docs on the protocol in general
would be useful.  Any language is ok, but C, Pascal, Basic, etc. preferred.
