Hi, I am planning a (return) trip by camping trailer from Boston to LA. Boston to LA: via Pittsburgh - Oklahoma City - Grand Canyon route. LA to Boston: via Yellowstone National Park - Minnesota - Chicago route I would appreciate any useful tips from more experienced members of net.travel, especially on the following: 1. In which States along my way do you know that the police is *STRICTLY* enforcing the 55 mph limit? I've been told that in some States, it is OK to do 75 mph when it is safe to do so (favorable traffic and weather conditions), but in some others, a police car will appear like by magic to give you a $100 fine as soon as you hit 60 mph. 2. Which areas along my planned route above do you feel is worth a stop for sightseeing? Any useful tips concerning those areas? 3. Any recommended campgrounds along the way?
