TC ++ 1.0 is supposed to be TC 3.0
The new features in the TC compiler are supposed to make up a new release.
Since they added support for ANSI only, TC, and other breeds of C 
Borland decided that TC++ 1.0 was TC 3.0

I don't think you'll be seeing a new product from Borland in C for a 
while.

No. Nobody knows. Even if they say they do.

But do you know that Turbo C++ contains a new C compiler and came out
last May? Before then it was incorrectly referred to as TC 3.0 by some
members of the press who were pretending to know about Borland's plans
before they were announced.
