Is anybody here hip to the ENCORE travel club? They have great hotel
rates and car rental discounts. It costs $25.00 per year and if you travel
alot, you can save on the average of $400.00 per year.
Here's how it works: There are specific hotels that honor the card, such
as Great Western, Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Motel 6, Travel Lodge, etc. It really
depends on the city you're going to. Anyway, if you stay two nights, you get
the second night free. If you stay 7 nights, you get the first and last night
free. You can also get up to 35% discount on Avis, National, Hertz, and Budget
car rentals.
They also offer credit card protection, airplane reservation service, and
lots of vacation packages. All in all, it's a good club.
